Offshore Infrastructure Development (Wind)

Based on our extensive experience, we have identified several areas that can increase project risk and hinder the optimization of foundation designs. We address these issues by outlining strategies to mitigate risks and establish conditions conducive to optimized designs. Offshore wind farms, like any engineering and construction project, are inherently complex. There are critical areas where opportunities to avoid risks and enhance design and cost efficiency are frequently overlooked.

Design of Suction Anchors

From an engineering and design perspective, suction anchor piles, or suction caissons, are meticulously crafted hollow steel cylinders used as foundations in offshore environments. The design process involves detailed structural analysis to ensure the piles can withstand various marine conditions. Suction anchor piles are favored for their cost-effectiveness, rapid installation, and minimal environmental impact.

Comprehensive Fabrication Services

We design and deliver standardized suction anchors, caissons or suction anchors piles, including all engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), fast track and with a low cost.
